Plastic Recycle Granulator Machine

Single & double stage extrusion pelletizing systems for converting waste plastic films, flakes, and scraps into high-quality reusable pellets. Water cooling and air cooling technologies available.

1.1 Water Cooling Recycle Granulator

Strand pelletizing with water trough cooling. Hydraulic screen changer, frequency-controlled cutting. Ideal for PE, PP, ABS, PS films and flakes.

1.2 Air Cooling Recycle Granulator

Hot-face cutting with air cooling. Low-temperature physical softening process preserves material properties. Suitable for HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP films and biodegradable materials.

PE Film Extrusion Blowing Machine
